FNP, one of India’s leading gifting platforms, aimed to create a festive and immersive Christmas experience for 2023

While Christmas has always been a key seasonal moment, consumer expectations around online experience and packaging had evolved — customers sought premium, visually rich, and emotionally engaging gifts, both in digital journey and physical unboxing.
